Discount Coupons

If you are even remotely like me, you shop for the best deal you can get.  One of the ways to get a great deal is by using coupons. The Keep Ca$h site is a great place to find online coupons.  A lot of the bigger Online stores often provide Coupon Codes as an incentive to get people to shop with them.  Coupons can be for all sorts of Items and for all sorts of amounts.  I must admit I didn’t know that you could find things like 20% off Plus free shipping codes.  I just picked this as an example from one of the current offers on the front page!

Of course, when buying some big ticket Items, a coupon could save you a small fortune.  Another current offer will get you $1000 - Yes, $1000 off the price of a Plasma TV.  Are you convinced yet?  I just wish I got $1K off the price of My Plasma!  It is worth your while when considering any purchase to do a quick search for a coupon - it may save you afrom a few $$ to a lot of $$.

Now, the website is styled as web 2.0 - bold colours, big text, rounded corners, simple layout and easy to use.  If you have never used a coupon before, the help section is really good at explaining the what and how.  I think that too many sites that provide an online service forget that their visitors may not understand what they are offering or how to use it.  The Help and FAQ is well written and easy to understand. They get a big plus for this.

You can easily browse all of the deals available by store or use the search to find coupons for a particular item.  The search is fast and comprehensive.  Well, we just typed in “plasma” and got a list of a couple of pages to browse thru.  The search results are ordered by the date they were added under each store.  There were offers added today, so you can almost be guaranteed if you find an offer it will be valid.  If you just want to stay on top of deals, you can sign up and get a weekly newsletter with all the new deals in it.

UK Costume Jewellery

Girls, looking for a little bit of something nice to dress up your new outfit? Guys, want to get your girl a nice gift?  The Fashion jewellery and accessories at eSparkles are worth a look.  Their main catalogue items cover Costume and fashion Jewellery, Scarves Gloves and hats, Hair accessories and Jackets and Skirts.

I know I have been reviewing a lot of shopping sites lately, and like all of them, this one provides full contact information.  An online form, A physical address, email address and telephone numbers are all provided.  Now, I rate any company high that has all this info within 1 click from their homepage.  If I am even a little unsure of dealing with someone online for the first time, I simply pick up the phone and contact them.  Whenever any e-store fails to make it easy for me to contact them I steer well clear.

The website is of course based around the fashion Jewellery shopping cart as you would expect.  They have a reasonable amount of additional info on the site as well, including info on caring for your jewellery.  Now what I like to find is info on the shipping costs when I buy online and the info is easy to find without having to log into the shopping cart.  As you would expect the shipping is slightly cheaper within the UK than to other countries.

A little tidbit we found on their caring for jewellery page is that they offer discount vouchers if you can provide a good tip that they use and add to the site!  You additionally get a 10% discount off your first order.

A Special Gift

lavinialingerie_logos.gif

Come on Guys, tell me - how many times you have went out and bought your wife or Girlfriend some special underwear?  Yep, I thought so, only once, and the shop assistant gave you the look that made you fell like you were some sort of perv.  Well, you don’t need to put yourself thru all that and still have the opportunity to buy that special someone that something special.  It doesn’t have to be Valentines day (which is only a few days away) it could be a birthday or even an anniversary.  Yes, go out and buy her some Lingerie - she sure will appreciate it!

Lavinia Lingerie is an online specialty retailer who has a comprehensive range of not only quality sexy lingerie, but also sells an Activewear range - which is sports Underwear.

The website is based around their shopping cart system and all the Items are tastefully modelled - some on people and some on dummies.  The pictures are clear and it is easy to see what you are purchasing.  The shopping cart is on a secure https server and they accept several payment methods.  If you get into trouble ordering or just have a question, you can find a telephone number and email address to get in touch.

Not only can you buy sexy Lingerie, you can also browse the accessories to make up a special outfit such as a watch or handbag.

Personal Luxuries

Sunday, January 28th, 2007

We all want a little bit of luxury in our lives, and one of those luxuries are Perfumes and Colognes.  With Valentines day just around the corner, now is the time to buy that special gift for that special someone in your life. DRH Fine Gifts is an online shopping website that sells perfumes and Colognes.  By using an online retailer, you can get some great bargains - because the shop does not have some of the expenses that normal stores do.  Of course, there are some disadvantages when buying a product such as this - you really have to know what it is you are buying!

The website is what I would call a “Fairly Typical” online store - you can browse their cataloge or specials, add items to a shopping cart and when you are done go to the checkout.  With something like a fragrance, you cannot actually see it, but the site has pictures of the bottle and packaging and details about the quantity.  It goes without saying that you can see the price.

An online store should not only have what you want at great prices but should also have several contact methods available to you, the shopper.  I was pleased to see a toll-free number  and email address very prominently presented on every page of the site.  Additionally, an online store should provide several secure methods of paying for your goods - another thumbs up.

I was amazed at the range of discount designer perfumes that are on offer.  There are several categories including both Men and Women’s Fragrances and gift sets.  The prices are quite good, and with the price-match guarantee, I know where I’ll be buying perfume from in the future!

Colorado Home Helper

Friday, January 26th, 2007

The Colorado home helper is a Regional Real Estate portal site that puts buyers and sellers in the Colorado area in touch with each other.  If you are in the market for a home and have started the whole pouring over the newspaper thing and attended a few house viewings you already know a bit of what you are in for!  Yes, the Realator is trying to sell the house as soon as possible so he (or she) can collect their commission and then on with the next sale.  While Web portals for Real estate have been around for a while, they are normally set up for a particular Company.  They are always focussed on selling houses and not much else.

If you are looking for Colorado Homes for sale then starting online is a good option.  By starting with their featured listings you can get an idea as to what is on offer.  The website provides a nice clean interface that will help both Sellers and buyers in the marketplace get what they want.  They even provide info on complimentary services such as finance and other Service Providers.

They have made it easy to browse the properties in several areas and we randomly selected Broomfield Real Estate from the list.  They provide a bit of general information on the area, and then a link to the Listings.  I can tell you, there was a lot of listings!  The search options provided are everything that you would expect - allowing you to sort by price, type and size.  The best part about the search results was the fact that you could see who the agent was for each property.  Now, if you were doing the same search on a site of just one agent, your choices would be much, much smaller!

Sticker Exchange

Sticker Exchange

The Sticker Exchange is a small company that is located in California that specialises in Printing Stickers. Stickers are a great way to advertise and promote your business, and getting someone to custom make them is by far the best way to go.  Just think for a minute as to all the different types of stickers that you can.  Well, I can think of a few, such as labels on a bottle, bumper stickers and other novelty items, Labels for envelopes and even those tamper-proof ones that are used when you buy certain items.

The Sticker Exchange can help you design all sorts of stickers for all sorts of applications.  There are a lot more ways to use stickers than I first thought of.

The website, as you would expect has a fairly large range of examples of their work and provides full contact information including phone numbers and email address.  They even provide a quote form, making it easy for you to provide some information on your requirements.  The website itself is not what I would call modern, but it is functional.  The site was probably created back in 2003 (well, the copyright notice says 2003) and has only had some minor updates and additions since then.  I normally don’t like to make a negative comment about a site, but this one has great content, provides all the info that you want and is just in need of a full overhaul and update.

I only uderstand all too well the expenses often involved in creating, maintaining and updating a website for a small business and the site is probably seen as only 1 of their advertising methods.  I am not judging the company by their website after reading the customer feedback posted on the site.  I am just guessing that they provide a great product at a great price!

wedding Invitations

Everyone who has been married certainly knows what a stressful time it can be leading up to the big day and organising everything.  There are literally hundreds of little tasks that need to be taken care of, from the guest list to the flowers and everything else in between.  One of those just happens to be the Wedding Invitations.  You could get a simple card and write out all of them yourself of you could get your cards professionally printed.

Choosing your wedding invitation cards has also never been easier as by shopping online and being able to see your choices. Wedding Invitations 123 makes it easy with their catalogue of over 300 different cards to choose from! Getting your cards printed by a company that specialises in printing cards means that there is one less thing to worry about.  You could contact any printing company, but they would charge a considerable amount to do a small-run print job which is usually the case with invitations.

Right on the front page they let you know that an order can usually be completed within 48 hours!  As they are located in San Diego, you will have your order posted and in your hands pretty quickly.  If you cannot choose between a few, you can additionally request a sample be posted!

The website is set up with a shopping cart that you can easily browse.  Once you have chosen your card then you can easily complete the rest of the details for your order.  If you have ever shopped online before you will have no trobule browsing the catalogue and finding what you are looking for.
